1- Lower Midsole
The Nike Free Run currently has the lowest base for a midsole on any Nike running shoe. It has a base 1mm smaller compared to the Nike Free 5.0, people may not say this is much but it goes a long way in the running mechanics and how the runner feels when running. 2- Centre Of Pressure Heel
