Many mothers during pregnancy face extremely stressful circumstances. Pregnancy is a nine-month journey for you and your baby. Pregnancy usually lasts 40 weeks (about 9 months). A common reason for headaches is lack of water in the system. Try not to drink excessive amounts right before bed. Try some techniques for stress reduction as natural as biofeedback, yoga or meditation. Reduce your workload. If you find you do much in one day find a way to delegate tasks to others.
